      Beschreibung

      Isabel arbeitet im indischen Kalkutta in einem Waisenhaus. US-Millionärin Theresa will dafür Millionen spenden. So reist Isabel nach New York zu der Gönnerin. Die lädt sie sogleich zum Hochzeitsfest ihrer Tochter Grace ein. Dort erlebt Isabel eine Überraschung. Theresas Gatte ist Oscar, von dem Isabel mit 18 schwanger war, das Kind auf die Welt brachte und dann zur Adoption freigab. Oscar behielt das Kind, das jetzt erwachsen ist. US-Remake von Susanne Biers "Nach der Hochzeit" von 2006. Nur aus den Männern des dänischen Originals sind hier Frauen geworden.
