      Beschreibung

      Als Mrs. Todd Hercule Poirot bittet, nach ihrer Köchin zu suchen, die verschwunden ist, ist dieser zunächst wenig geneigt, sich der Sache anzunehmen. Aber als Mrs. Todd ihn kurz darauf von seinem Auftrag entbindet, ist Poirot empört und sein Ehrgeiz geweckt. Seine Beharrlichkeit macht sich bezahlt, denn er findet nicht nur die Köchin, sondern klärt zugleich einen Diebstahl und einen Mord auf.
