    Beschreibung

    In der Serie geht es um zwei junge jüdische Amerikanerinnen, die versuchen, die Herausforderungen der Metropole New York zu meistern. Dies auf sehr unterschiedliche Weise. Abbi bemüht sich, sich als Grafikdesignerin zu etablieren, wohingegen Ilana sich gegen Arbeit wehrt und sich vielmehr ihrem Wohlergehen widmet. Dabei zieht sie aber ihre Freundin Abbi immer wieder in ihre eigenwilligen Schwierigkeiten mit hinein.
