      Beschreibung

      Der Detective Kyle Bodine ist in die verheiratete Rachel verliebt und hat eine Affäre mit ihr. Streitereien und sogar Handgreiflichkeiten sind in deren Ehe mit dem reichen Bankier Rupert Munro an der Tagesordnung. Eines Tages erschießt Rachel scheinbar im Affekt ihren Ehemann. Bodine hilft ihr beim Beseitigen der Leiche, die aber alsbald gefunden wird. Nun soll Bodine das Verbrechen aufklären.
