Der Bär Grizzy und viele Lemminge leben in einem kanadischen Natur-Park. Sobald der Park-Ranger sein Haus verlässt, zieht der Grizzly dort ein und plündert den Kühlschrank. Im Winter ist es im Haus warm und im heißen Sommer schön kühl. Die Lemminge wollen auch den Luxus genießen. Immer wieder gibt es einen harten Kampf um das Haus und um Essen. Dabei ist beiden Seiten jedes Mittel recht. Es zieht erst wieder Ruhe ein, wenn der Ranger ins Haus zurückkommt.
