Beschreibung
Der Neigungswinkel eines Flugzeugs ist extrem wichtig. Treten Störungen auf, kann das fatale Folgen haben. Bei Alaska-Airlines-Flug 261 beispielsweise kommt es aufgrund eines defekten Höhenleitwerks zu einem Sturzflug in den Pazifik, bei dem alle Insassen sterben. Ein Konstruktionsfehler, zu dem sich ein heftiger Sturm gesellt, lässt auch die American Eagle 4184 vom Himmel fallen. Und die Ermittler vermuten bei einer gecrashten Boeing 737 ebenfalls einen technischen Defekt. Bei der Rekonstruktion dieser Unglücke tappen sie zunächst allerdings im Dunkeln.
