Une plongée dans un sport où les rivalités sont importantes. Comment trouver une place de mère, de femme lorsqu'on pratique un sport à haut niveau, et en particulier le rugby ? Le meurtre de Lucie Vidal, star de l'équipe féminine, a-t-elle un rapport avec le passé de son père, Alain Vidal, ancienne gloire de l'équipe de France de rugby ? Entre héritage du passé et burn-out des sportifs de haut-niveau, l'enquête va se révéler aussi musclée qu'une mêlée à 15... surtout quand Paul Marchal devra affronter seul sur le terrain l'équipe féminine au complet.
